A picture can be worth a thousand words, but a memory is priceless. ?
?️ Photographs allow people to return to a moment that has passed. What better way to commemorate a powerful message delivered on stage than a photograph of the one who delivered it?
Many keynote speakers, including celebrities, are generous with their time following a speech and are equally eager to shake hands with someone moved by their message. In your contract, request a private photo opportunity immediately following their speech. It’s a small memento that can mean so much to the receiver.
????? ??? ????: ?
? Confirm the number of participants and decide who to invite (top clients, exceptional employees, company executives). Send a save-the-date and follow up with details before the big day.
? Hire a professional photographer experienced with photo shoots– someone engaging who can make their subjects smile.
? Pick a photo opp location backstage or in a nearby room. Have security or event staff act as gatekeepers to manage admission. Require participants to wear name badges to gain entrance.
? Use stanchions to manage the line. Provide a full-length mirror near the line’s end so guests can self-check. No one wants to look disheveled for a special photo.
? Have a plan for photo development/distribution. Many photographers can print photos onsite.
? Create an affordable, custom photo frame embossed with the event name/your company logo.
