⌛️? When hosting a pre-event call with your keynote speaker, how much time should you allot, and where should the focus be?

? The saying “less is more” is a good rule of thumb when discussing logistics in a pre-event call. Save those details for the speaker representative and use your time wisely to discuss the event theme, audience, objectives, and speech content/messaging.

?? Have an agenda for the call, and 30 minutes should do the trick. Be sure to schedule it as close to the event date as possible. And make certain only key players are on the call – those responsible for messaging and content.

? Let The Keynote Curators help you organize your next pre-event call with a celebrated keynote speaker.
