🎯 Provide as much background information as possible about the event, the organization, their industry, and the attendees prior to the call.
🎯 On the pre-event call focus on the content of the presentation.
🎯 Leave A/V logistics and nuts and bolts technical issues for email or a separate call.
🎯 If there are media like video, slides, and music make sure you get those files and assets prior to the speaker’s arrival.
🎯 Schedule a soundcheck well in advance so the keynote speaker schedule’s their flight in order to accommodate the soundcheck
