She shares insights to creating exceptional customer experiences and finding purpose for audiences worldwide at live events, through virtual video resources, consulting, and her books, The Power of Customer Experience, outlining proven elements for lasting impact in what has become the most crucial component of business success, The Strength of Purpose, a guide to knowing and living your reason for being, and The Strength of Purpose Handbook, a guide for crafting purpose, journaling progress and setting goals to live your reason for being.
 
Elizabeth brings 20 years of experience as a leader at the Chick-fil-A Support Center, where she served in Service & Hospitality, Strategy, Research & Development, and Human Resources. She has also collaborated with the great brands of Southwest Airlines, the Ritz Calton, Drury Hotels, Zappos, and Wegmans.   Always growing, always creating, Elizabeth’s current roles include CEO of Trilith Foundation, focused on inspiring human flourishing, and Founder and CEO of Slumber Sleepwear, a luxury sleepwear company. As a galvanizer of people and ideas, she coaches emerging entrepreneurs in achieving their business goals.
 
In her leisure time, Elizabeth enjoys being a student of cooking with her daughter, an average backyard soccer player with her son, a vigorous reader and an adventure enthusiast with her family. Her most cherished parts of life include being a wife to John, her best friend, and a mom to her two precious children , David and Ansley.
