From Ordinary to Exceptional - The Prodigy Effect

Change Your Thoughts, Transform Your Life

Research indicates 66% of employees are disengaged and 51% of those are looking for better jobs. Life has changed. To drive meaningful results, it is necessary to inspire people to believe in their greatness, build their confidence and create an environment where compassion is the norm and differences are communicated with tolerance. This is the foundation for The Prodigy Effect, igniting people to reach their greatness, transforming an entire organization.

The Prodigy Effect is the study of human excellence–and creating a process for modeling the mental patterns of high achievers to recreate that excellence.

Three strategies to go from ordinary to exceptional:
Encourage people to believe in their ability for a better future-belief is the foundation that engenders confidence and passion
Give them purpose, and ignite their passion-the formula for unparalleled success equals passion, plus conviction plus ability
Connect the subconscious and utilize NLP (Neuro-linguistic Programming)-NLP helps anchor and reshape how people think while focusing on achievement and possibilities, and eliminating judgment and negative self-talk

Creating Optimism: The Power of Resilience

Everybody needs it, some already have it, and using it makes a world of difference in a post pandemic world. And post pandemic growth revolves around giving employees tools to foster confidence, handle setbacks and provide an environment with strategies to nurture optimism and sharpen risk-taking prowess.

How to recognize on an ongoing basis what went well and why, and use positive communication when working with others
How to alter assumptions and expectations, and find opportunities
How to examine expired thinking that limits creativity, and reword the dialogue
