Through a combination of coaching, consulting, and training, Eric Boles helps organizations collapse time, achieve goals quickly, and function within their purpose and values. The results organizations experience are real and powerful. He helps organizations such as Dunkin’ Brands, Aviva, Starbucks, Alaska Airlines, New Season Markets, and others take leaps toward reaching their organizational goals with company-wide support and enthusiasm.

Eric Boles is a seasoned keynote speaker, having delivered his inspiring and thought-provoking insights to thousands of leaders annually. His expertise in Leadership, Culture Change, Team Dynamics, and Peak Performance has been sought after by renowned clients such as Hasbro, Kraft Foods, USAA, U.S. Air Force, New York Life, CraftWorks Restaurants and Breweries, and the National Association of Realtors. Eric’s speaking engagements span across various sectors including education, government, healthcare, manufacturing, and financial services.

Before becoming a high-performance authority, Eric Boles learned many team dynamics and leadership principles from his experience playing in the National Football League. He was coached and mentored by some of the finest coaches and players in the league. Eric is an avid sports fan, golfer, and reader. He and his wife Cindy have two daughters, Taylor and Madison.

Fear is a major reason people don’t move forward to new levels. Fear of change, fear of rejection, fear of confrontation and even fear of success can hold us back. Strategies for conquering our fears and changing our mindset and focusing on desired outcomes are outlined. Fear and confidence are contagious and we need to manage our input to control our output.

How can we be at our best more of the time? What qualities do peak performers have that allows them to perform at the next level? How do we align our goals and values to stay focused on our desired outcomes. This message will focus on habits and attitudes to move to new levels.

LEADING THROUGH CHANGE

Rapid change continues to impact our lives. How can we lead ourselves and others through the changes. We will look at the reasons why people don’t like change and how we can overcome those barriers. Often fear and lack of confidence enter into our decision processes as well. What are you modeling? It’s all up to leadership!

Leading and Managing Change has never been easy. But it’s never been more challenging than it is today in this “New Normal” or “New Reality”. The customer has never been more demanding, the competition never stiffer, employees less engaged, and change and technology advances only getting faster. Plus, despite all these demands, many leaders are being asked to accomplish more, faster and remain flexible to marketplace demands and changes.
