? Annette Gregg is a force to be reckoned with in the meetings and events industry.

Her career-long legacy in the business has led her to work across the meetings, incentives, and corporate events spectrum. A former senior vice president of experience and the former chief revenue officer at MPI, Annette has served in executive-level positions for corporations, associations, and non-profits and delivered hundreds of keynotes and workshops on a variety of topics such as communication skills, branding, and marketing, negotiation, and professional development. She’s received dozens of professional awards for her training and speaking and has been elected Instructor of the Year at San Diego State University.

Today, as CEO of Society for Incentive Travel Excellence (SITE), Annette leads the association as the travel industry rebounds. Her talented team works to promote the business case for incentive travel and motivational experiences through global connections, education, and advocacy. Sharing that she’s “always been convinced of the transformative power of travel experiences for individuals, enterprises, communities, and society at large,” Annette believes incentive travel deeply unites people in a unique way and is excited about trends on the horizon.

As SITE celebrates 50 years of incentive travel excellence in 2023, Annette’s excited to see how the incentive market will continue to lead the way in presenting new locations, unique experiences, and immersive programming to its audiences. With the travel industry showing many positive trends post-pandemic, she’s aware of how the attendee experience has changed. People want “purpose-driven, authentic experiences that honor the destinations they are visiting,” she’s said, noting a continued commitment to sustainable practices and cultural responsibility.
