In 2008, Christina Tosi founded Milk Bar, which quickly became a hit for its unique creations such as the Compost Cookie, Birthday Cake, and Crack Pie (now renamed “Milk Bar Pie”). She focuses on developing desserts that evoke nostalgia and offer a playful twist on traditional flavors. Christina Tosi has expanded Milk Bar to multiple locations across the U.S. and launched a successful e-commerce platform.
