Fredrik Haren is a global keynote speaker and leading explorer of human creativity, known for delivering more than 2,000 speeches in over 75 countries across 6 continents. Raised by a teacher and a musician, Fredrik grew up surrounded by curiosity, learning, and a love for performing, which naturally shaped his path as a professional speaker.

Fredrik Haren’s fascination with ideas began early.  As a child, he constantly invented games with his brothers and experimented with creativity. In 1993, while studying in the USA, he discovered the Internet and immediately recognized its world-changing potential. Two years later, he wrote one of Sweden’s earliest books on Internet marketing and later helped build a successful Internet company that grew from 1 to 60 employees before being sold in 1999.

Fredrik then dedicated his life to studying human creativity and began speaking professionally at 27. Over the past 25 years, he has spoken to audiences of all sizes, from intimate executive groups to thousands at global conferences. His work has earned him major recognitions, including “Speaker of the Year”, being named one of the “Ten Best Speakers of All Time” in Sweden, and receiving the Global Speakers Federation’s International Ambassadors Award.

He has delivered keynotes for some of the world’s most respected organizations across almost every industry, sharing stages with leaders like Richard Branson, Seth Godin, and Marcus Buckingham. His speaking career has taken him to trains, boats, beaches, desert camps, five-star hotels, factories, and innovation hubs around the world.

Fredrik has rebuilt his career twice while living in China and Singapore, where he now lives with his wife Elaine and their three children. Since 2008, he has averaged 20 to 35 countries per year while still protecting family time on their private island in Sweden.

His research has taken him from Silicon Valley labs to artisans, dancers, musicians, CEOs, and communities in poverty, resulting in 10 books, hundreds of articles, and insights shared with more than a million people from the stage.
