Mel Robbins is a no-nonsense motivational speaker who challenges audiences with strategies to revamp their personal lives and careers. Mel’s practical, high-energy message provides tangible results that help people push through our everyday challenges in life, work, and love.

Mel has gained a following for her tough-love approach and honest advice to remove the mental clutter and habits that sabotage our dreams. She spells out these strategies for audiences just as she did in her TEDx sensation, How to Stop Screwing Yourself Over – now viewed almost 20 million times on YouTube.

She also inspires more than 60 million people a month on her social media platforms.

On stage, Mel draws from her book, The 5 Second Rule: Transform Your Life, Work, and Confidence with Everyday Courage, by offering detailed takeaways on how simply taking five seconds can be the first step to changing a life or career. Her self-published book became an international bestseller and was named the #1 audiobook in the world and the fifth most-read book of the year on Amazon. She is also the author of Stop Saying You’re Fine: Discover a More Powerful You.

As a life and career coach, Mel is the host of a nationally syndicated talk show, The Mel Robbins Show.

She starred in the A&E series, In-Laws, and the FOX reality show Someone’s Gotta Go. In addition, she writes a monthly column for Success Magazine and has been a commenter for CNBC. Mel is the co-founder and CEO of 143 Studios, a digital media company that produces content in partnership with Fortune 500 brands.
