Nancy Hungerford is a conference moderator and former CNBC anchor. Nancy was most recently based in Singapore, where she hosted the network’s flagship morning programs. During her time in Asia, Nancy led coverage of the G20 Summit in Osaka and conducted interviews from the IIF meeting in Tokyo alongside the G20. She also led coverage of the IMF and World Bank meetings in Bali, the APEC Leaders meeting in Danang and the Singapore Summit.
Prior to her role in Singapore, Nancy was a general assignment reporter for CNBC in London. Nancy fronted coverage for key events, including the Greek debt crisis negotiations in Brussels and the UK Referendum.
Nancy received a Master’s Degree in European Political Economy from the London School of Economics and a B.A. in Foreign Affairs and History from the University of Virginia. She resides in Washington, D.C., with her husband and daughter. In her spare time, Nancy works with her husband on a charity they co-founded to support children of patients with terminal illnesses called Elizabeth’s Smile.

Throughout her career, Nancy has interviewed world leaders and CEOs from events including, the World Economic Forum in Davos, the G20 Summit in Japan and the IMF and World Bank meetings in Bali. She has led television coverage and moderated conversations from premier tech conferences as well, including: Money2020 in Copenhagen, the Singapore FinTech Festival and VivaTech in Paris. Raised in Detroit, Nancy feels at home discussing all things auto related. She began her on-air career at the Geneva Motor Show and led coverage of the Volkswagen scandal from Germany.
