Book Eddie Davenport through The Keynote Curators
Biography
For more than 20 years as a Hollywood stuntman, Eddie Davenport has made a living doing things most people would spend their lives avoiding — falling from heights, crashing through glass, being hit by cars and launching through the air on some of the biggest productions in Hollywood.
As one of the top 2% of Hollywood stunt performers, Eddie has stunt doubled for lead actors including Hugh Jackman and Zachary Levi and iconic characters including Wolverine and Superman. He has performed in 140+ television episodes and 40+ feature films, among them Superman, Logan, Real Steel, Shazam!, Captain America, The Suicide Squad, Stranger Things, and The Walking Dead — and is a Satellite Award winner for Stunt Performance on The Suicide Squad. He is also a two-time Screen Actors Guild Award nominee for stunt ensemble, on Logan and X-Men: First Class. His work and story have been featured in Men’s Health, Vanity Fair, and Radio Times.
But executing the stunt wasn’t the only difficult part. There was also the moment right before the call of “Action” — when preparation ends and you either commit or you don’t. On a set, hesitation doesn’t just cost money; it can affect safety, careers and sometimes lives. For two decades, Eddie experienced those moments firsthand and learned what it takes to make decisions and act when the pressure is real.
Today, Eddie brings those experiences to the stage to help leaders and teams recognize hesitation, make decisions and move into action. His signature keynote, Decisive Under Pressure™, combines cinematic storytelling, behind-the-scenes Hollywood experiences and practical takeaways with his F.E.A.R. Protocol™ and Pressure Profile™.
Built For Impact™ takes audiences through six defining chapters from Eddie’s life and career, exploring how resistance, setbacks, preparation, perspective and the choices we make along the way shape who we become.
Steady Under Pressure™ — The Immersive Breath Experience uses breath as the vehicle for awareness, presence and internal regulation. Eddie works with leaders, teams and organizations facing moments where decisions matter, hesitation has consequences and knowing what to do isn’t always enough.

How great leaders turn hesitation into action when the stakes are highest
Under pressure, knowing what to do is not always enough. The critical moment comes when leaders have to move from knowledge to action.
In his signature keynote, Eddie Davenport takes audiences behind the scenes of his Hollywood stunt career and explores why capable and experienced people hesitate when pressure rises. He connects these real-world experiences with decision-making, decisive leadership, and human performance.
At the center of the keynote is Eddie’s F.E.A.R. Protocol™, a practical system for making decisions when time, uncertainty, and pressure affect performance:
Focus – Put your attention where it matters most right now.
Evaluate – Separate evidence from assumption and real risk from imagined threat.
Act – Commit with the information available before hesitation closes the window.
Review – Adjust, refine, and apply what you have learned without judgment.
The keynote also includes the Pressure Profile™, a live audience diagnostic that helps participants identify where pressure is most likely to disrupt their decision-making. The four profiles – The Analyzer, The Initiator, The Forecaster, and The Operator – give teams a shared language they can continue to use after the event.
In this session, audiences learn why even capable people hesitate under pressure and how to interrupt that response. Eddie introduces a practical framework for making decisions in uncertain and high-stakes situations, helping participants distinguish real risks from assumptions and imagined threats. They also learn how to move from preparation into committed action without waiting for perfect certainty. Finally, the session shows how constructive reflection on past decisions can strengthen future performance.
How the choices we make, the hits we take, and the moments that test us shape who we become
In Built for Impact™, Eddie Davenport takes audiences through six defining chapters from his life and career. From growing up as an overweight, bullied child who struggled to see a future for himself to performing on major Hollywood productions, Eddie explores how setbacks, preparation, perspective, and personal choices influence the person we become.
Through cinematic storytelling, humor, vulnerability, and behind-the-scenes experiences, he connects his own journey with broader questions of resilience and personal growth.
The keynote follows six chapters:
Commitment – Three Stories Up
Acting Despite Fear – The Move to L.A.
Resistance Builds You – The Hit That Changed Everything
Focus & Flow – Hugh Jackman
Preparation & Instinct – When the Script Disappears
The Culmination – Superman
Audiences explore how resistance can strengthen performance, how setbacks can change direction, and how success, failure, risk, rejection, and unexpected turns influence future decisions.
In addition to his keynotes, Eddie Davenport offers Steady Under Pressure™, a facilitated breath experience designed to strengthen awareness, presence, and internal regulation.
Participants move through progressive rounds of conscious connected breathing and practice remaining present when discomfort, resistance, emotion, or physical sensations arise. The format connects internal awareness with performance under pressure and focuses on mental clarity, reduced stress, presence, and sharper decision-making.
The session can be delivered in person or live virtually, either as an addition to Decisive Under Pressure™ or as a standalone experience for retreats, offsites, conferences, and workshops.
