Having a checklist of things to do every day is considered effective but boring. Routine, for most people is a way of life that they just have to observe. And here’s where I think gamification can be really useful. Daily engagement can be fun when you introduce gamification; it forges an emotional connection between you and your routine, and it can be an effective approach to social learning.
