? Collective wisdom is about a group’s capacity to make intelligent decisions that demonstrate that 1/it holds a stake in every individual, 2/it values every opinion, and 3/it will always do what’s best for the greater good– in this case, the conference attendees.

? Committees can foster extraordinary creative potential, but if opinions run rampant or individuals don’t feel their voices are being heard, collective wisdom can escalate into collective folly.
