Neuro-typicals who never experienced depression until the pandemic need to develop a set of coping skills. Those skills include, but are not limited to, creating and practicing a self-care plan, a technique called gamification, and finally establishing a routine to replace their old, pre-covid one. The through-line in all of these is simply controlling the things you can control and letting the rest go.
