I was getting ready for work travel and I noticed that very quickly I had unfinished tasks that keep piling on, emails to send, and endless things to button up. It was overwhelming. ?

I realized the more things piled up, the less I got done. Deadlines were being rescheduled and my stress rose steadily.

? ???? ??????????? ? ?????? ?? ???? ?????? ??? ?? ????????? ??? ??? ???? ?? ?????.

? Talk To Someone – Saying it out loud helps begin to process it all.

? Take A Break – A walk works wonders. Do it without your phone even better

? Create A Plan – Write down what needs to get done, prioritize them and then goo at them one by one

? Self Care – Proper rest, overwhelm overworks your brain. Go to sleep!

? Brief Work Stint on Weekends – Carve out 30 minutes on the weekend to plan your upcoming week.
