His 17 TED and TEDx talks have been viewed more than 141 million times, making him the most-viewed TED speaker of all time, and the most prolific. His flagship talk, How to Speak So That People Want to Listen, has influenced millions of people globally.
 
Julian’s work combines science, business insight and practical tools. He equips leaders with immediately applicable techniques to improve clarity, build trust and create cultures of effective listening. Originally a musician, Julian became a successful publishing entrepreneur before founding an audio branding agency, where he spent two decades advising global brands on how sound influences behaviour and perception.
