Biography
Sarah Baldeo is an experienced neuroscientist, technologist, corporate strategist, and entrepreneur, closing on 20 years of leadership experience. Over the past 19 years, Sarah Baldeo has graced more than 1000 stages and was most recently nominated for the 2025 Women in AI USA Awards. Sarah is a recurring guest on Canadian National News for CTV The Social in Toronto, and CTV Morning Live in Edmonton, Vancouver, and Winnipeg. She has also been featured across NBC, ABC, CBS, & FOX News in the
USA.
Sarah Baldeo has successfully founded and exited two consulting firms, while helping three companies go IPO. A winner of the 2023 Global Business Elites Top 40 Under 40 Awards, she is currently CEO at ID Quotient, a boutique IT firm founded in 2010. Sarah Baldeo holds an Executive MBA from the University of Toronto, a neuroscience degree from York University, and certifications from Princeton, Ryerson, and the University of Illinois.
