Biography

Stephanie is a recognized loyalty marketer and digital executive who has built, rebuilt, and grown membership programs for some of the world’s most recognized brands across financial services, hospitality, retail, and restaurants. She currently serves as Chief Commercial Officer at Sky Zone, a leading indoor adventure park brand with approximately 300 locations. Previously, as EVP of Global Loyalty Services at Mastercard, she led a team of 900 professionals developing loyalty products used by brands in more than 80 countries. Her career also includes senior leadership roles at Dunkin’, Inspire Brands, Starwood Hotels, and BJ’s Wholesale, giving her deep experience in customer loyalty, digital transformation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing.

At Dunkin’, Stephanie doubled the company’s digital business in just 18 months and grew active loyalty membership by 60% to more than 7 million members. At Inspire Brands, she managed approximately $6 billion in digital revenue across five restaurant brands, while her earlier work helped advance the use of one-to-one personalization, co-branded credit cards, and data-driven customer engagement. In 2025, she launched So Many Points, a B2B newsletter focused on loyalty and CRM strategy. A frequent media source and industry-event speaker, Stephanie brings audiences a practical, operator-led perspective on how brands can build stronger customer relationships, create meaningful loyalty, and turn customer behavior into measurable business growth.
