The Secret to Powerful Presence Is Personal Power

No matter what role you’re playing, at home, in your community, or within an organization, your most valuable skill is influence – whether it be to lead, engage, connect, sell, or solve. The problem is that we’re only taught to “present”. But the path to influence isn’t in your presentation. It’s in your presence.

In my signature keynote, I'll draw on my acting background and years of coaching senior leaders to teach your audience how to embody powerful presence by cultivating the building blocks of personal power: authenticity, confidence, and purpose.

- An elevated sense of personal power that translates into greater executive presence
- A deeper understanding of how greater self-awareness and emotional intelligence make you a more powerful, engaging leader
- Concrete strategies to develop and practice authenticity, confidence, and purpose every day

THIS PROGRAM IS PERFECT FOR:

- Managers and business leaders that want to model authentic, confident, and purposeful leadership
- C-Suite and director-level executives that want to create a culture that fosters authenticity, confidence, and purpose
- Professionals that need a starting place to address disempowering beliefs and behavior that may be getting in the way of goals and relationships
- Women leaders that want to embody personal power
