Book Dr. Sahar Yousef through The Keynote Curators

Biography

Science speaker Sahar Yousef is a lecturer at the Haas School of Business, as well as a famous cognitive neuroscientist. She spent over ten years researching how to become a “superhuman”. The concept of “superhuman” encompasses improving memory, focus, and overall performance.

Sahar is also a researcher in cognitive enhancement. Her goal is to help people gain a significant boost in memory, focus, energy, and motivation. With cognitive enhancement, individuals will also see an improvement in productivity and their stress management skills.

Speaker Sahar Yousef aims to fully understand the phenomenon called neuroplasticity, which is how the brain transforms and adapts to changes. Neuroplasticity can improve human and cognitive performance.

Sahar is fully dedicated to being a scientist for many years to come, helping smart people become even smarter. At UC Berkeley, Sahar gathered over 200 high-performers and put them through a seven-week training program to improve their cognitive performance and neural connectivity.

Sahar is also co-founder of Becoming Superhuman, with speaker Lucas Miller. Above all, it is a consulting firm and productivity training that helps individuals complete crucial work with less stress and in less time. Both Business Insider and Forbes have mentioned Sahar’s work in their articles.

As a speaker, she offers a range of custom talks, workshops, bootcamps, and courses to clients. The focus of these engagements is to inspire and facilitate lasting changes in the way individuals and teams work. Topics covered in these sessions include productivity, energy management, brain function, habit formation, information overload, creativity and innovation, and leadership and emotional intelligence.
