? With manageable tasks and consistent action, success is not just a goal; it’s a journey you’ll relish.

? Indulge me for a moment as we dive into the invaluable wisdom and insights of Mel Robbins. I mean, who doesn’t relish her practical advice? In a recent podcast, she shared some powerful tips to make your next goal both ambitious and achievable. Here are three of my favorite gems:

  • Trim your list – limit it to one or two to increase your chances of success. Unless you’re superhuman, you’re not achieving 10 goals this year.
  • Embrace “high, low range goals” by setting flexible targets, and reducing discouragement when life gets in the way. Better to aim journaling 4-7 days/week than making it a daily objective.
  • Find the “sweet spot” between too easy and too hard for a goal that feels just right, Goldilocks-style. Mel’s advice includes opting for manageable tasks, like a 10-minute daily meditation, ensuring consistency without sacrificing challenge.
