As someone who has lived over half my life in Latin America, my connection to the Latino community runs deep. My wife and children were born in Argentina, and my time there has shaped my personal life and professional outlook. I’ve witnessed firsthand the resilience, creativity, and cultural pride that define the Latino community and how these values translate into impactful leadership. From my experiences in Argentina, I’ve realized the powerful influence of Latino culture, not just in the daily rhythm of life but in the way ideas are shared, stories are told, and connections are made.
