At The Keynote Curators, we’re constantly curating fresh and exciting keynote speakers with ideas worth sharing. Today’s spotlight is on Beth Paretta, founder of Paretta Autosport, the first woman-owned, woman-driven, woman-forward team in INDYCAR history.
“Do not follow where the path may lead. Go instead where there is no path and leave a trail.” — Muriel Strode (Poet)
? Life is like an Indy 500 race. For the driver, pit stops are critical, and timing is everything. The pit crew must be so well choreographed that they get their driver back on the course within 6 seconds or less. A pit stop can quickly become a pitfall if they’re not perfectly synchronized. For the rest of us navigating our way through life, we need to be well prepared for obstacles we encounter along the journey, so they become pit stops to face with strength and focus instead of pitfalls that veer us off course.
Beth Paretta is the founder of Paretta Autosport, the first woman-owned, woman-driven, woman-forward team in IndyCar history. From center stage, she shares the story of her groundbreaking, all-women pit crew and describes their teamwork on and off the racetrack, teaching us that success comes from what you do consistently, not occasionally. ?♀️
♀️An incredible role model for anyone in a non-traditional role or joining or managing a team, Beth demonstrates that anything is possible if you have tenacity. She shines a spotlight on diversity and inclusion for all and attests that you can teach a team to do amazing things under pressure and scrutiny if you give them the proper tools, guidance, and support. ?
