Tony Weisman is a globally recognized marketing executive, business leader, and advisor with more than three decades of experience building, transforming, and growing some of the world’s most recognizable brands. Known for his expertise in brand strategy, digital transformation, customer experience, and organizational leadership, Weisman has helped companies navigate changing consumer expectations while creating brands that remain relevant in rapidly evolving markets.

Tony Weisman is the former Chief Marketing Officer of Dunkin’, where he played a central role in one of the most significant transformations in the company’s history. He helped lead the decision to simplify the iconic Dunkin’ Donuts name to Dunkin’, modernizing the nearly 70-year-old brand while strengthening its position as a beverage-led, digitally driven business. During his tenure, he also helped advance the company’s digital marketing strategy, customer loyalty initiatives, product innovation, and overall brand experience. His work earned industry recognition, including being named one of the World’s Most Influential CMOs by Forbes and one of the world’s most innovative marketing leaders by Business Insider.
Before joining Dunkin’, Weisman served as CEO of DigitasLBi North America, one of the world’s leading digital marketing agencies, where he helped organizations use creativity, data, and technology to drive business transformation. Throughout his career, he has worked with major global brands across industries and developed a reputation for building high-performing teams and strong workplace cultures. Today, Weisman brings his experience to companies as a board member, advisor, speaker, and coach, sharing practical insights on leadership, marketing, customer experience, innovation, brand transformation, and staying relevant in a constantly changing business environment.
