Physician and award-winning author Saundra Dalton-Smith is passionate about helping others live their best life, especially the stressed-out and burned-out. Saundra received her Bachelor of Science in biochemistry at the University of Georgia and graduated with honors from Meharry Medical College in Nashville. Saundra Dalton-Smith is passionate about helping others live their best life, especially the stressed-out and burned-out.
