Biography
Ian founded ZipRecruiter in 2010 with a mission to make hiring easier, and now serves as ZipRecruiter’s Chief Executive Officer. ZipRecruiter is an online platform that enables companies to post to multiple free job boards with a single submission and vet incoming applicants through simple-to-setup online interviews, creating a truly paperless experience.
Siegel has held Executive Product and Technology Leadership roles at a number of early stage to mid-size start-ups including CitySearch, Stamps.com, Rent.com, and Pictage. Additionally, Siegal has served as Director of Technology of Viva Group, Inc., Chief Product Officer of Mylife.com, Inc., as well as Vice President of Product and Vice President of Product & Technology at Pictage, Inc.
He holds a B.A. in Sociology from Oberlin College. When Ian isn’t creating the product roadmap and speaking on behalf of ZipRecruiter, he is with his wife and kids at the beach or playing his favorite sport, soccer.
