Biography
Juliet Hall is a recognized and respected advisor, leadership consultant and speaker. She is the owner of Juliet Hall INC, a leadership consulting firm based in Atlanta, GA.
Formally, Juliet worked as a corporate executive for two Fortune 500 companies, Wachovia Bank (Wells Fargo) and Chick-fil-A. Her diverse business background includes management consulting to restaurant franchisees, corporate storytelling and external affairs. After 20 years in corporate America, Juliet launched her own consulting platform. Her edifying words on leadership development will captivate and inspire audiences who seek wise, practical content on transforming organizational culture and maximizing individual leadership.
An advocate for servant leadership, Juliet is licensed to teach the Chick-fil-A SERVE Model (Copyright 2001 CFA Properties) and has presented to a range of industry audiences in business, education, tourism, and ministry across the U.S. and internationally in South Africa, Zambia, Algeria, Brazil, and Niger.
Recognized for her mentoring style and as an industry problem solver, Juliet shares her insights through presentations, community service, on several social media platforms and published articles. She has contributed to publications and international blogs, such as Programme Eve (Paris, France).
Juliet has received significant awards and recognition for her real-world business insights. She was recognized in the “Class of 2018 Women of Excellence” by the Atlanta Tribune and Atlanta Daily World.com. In 2016, she was a nominee for the prestigious Turknett Leadership Character “Inspiritor” Award in partnership with the Robert C. Greenleaf Center for Servant Leadership. Juliet was also awarded the “2016 Crystal Mic” Award by Women In The Spotlight in Buffalo, NY. In 2014 and 2015, she was voted among the “Top 100 Black Women of Influence” by the Atlanta Business League. She has received several other community and business awards.
Juliet’s perspective also includes her extensive role as a community stakeholder serving on various boards, including the Urban League of Greater Atlanta (Board Chair) and Leadership Women. She formerly served on the board of directors with the South Fulton Chamber of Commerce (received the “2015 Board Member of the Year” Award), the National Advisory Board for Kennesaw State University Department of Communications, and others. Juliet is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated and The Links, Incorporated. Additionally, she is a 2017 graduate of Leadership Women-America.
Juliet earned her Bachelor of Arts from Spelman College and a Master of Business Administration from the Terry College of Business at The University of Georgia. In her spare time, Juliet loves to travel internationally – she has traveled to over 20 countries – and can be found serving her best backhand on tennis courts in Atlanta.
