Biography
Ronnie Doss, the dynamic teamwork and results coach behind YOU University, is passionate about transformation and personal performance. He first became interested in his field more than 13 years ago, while attending an intensive, results-focused workshop for entrepreneurs and teams. He experienced a life-transforming shift in his thinking and realized he did not have to be a victim to the stories or excuses he had been designing in his mind.
“I noticed how much more effective I could be by asking myself the right questions and designing a new narrative with a renewed personal perspective,” he says. “From that point, I began researching and studying every bit of information I could get my hands on regarding human behavior and group dynamics. I was then asked to come on board with an international leadership training company for over four years before making the leap to start my own. This obsession with overcoming the human condition has led me to become what many of my clients call ‘The Mind Architect.’”
Over the years, Ronnie has conducted trainings for participants in 11 countries and has trained leadership teams at NASA, American Express, the ZOOM corporation, the U.S. Air Force, AT&T, The Mars Corporation, top universities and businesses across the United States. No matter the audience, his message rings very clear: “We don’t get what we want, we get what we are committed to.”
Today, Ronnie speaks at events worldwide, and offers personal and in-office trainings, live virtual team sessions and multiple online video programs. He has authored two books, “Leading Lions” and “DIG,” and is the host of the EMERGE leadership podcast.
Ronnie continues to find inspiration in the results that people from all over the world are achieving by assimilating his unique principles and practices. He currently lives in Scottsdale, Arizona with his wife Jennifer and their two daughters, Addison and Kennedy.
