๐ If your speaker uses a wheelchair, ensure ground transportation, hotel, event facilities, and stage can accommodate one.
๐ Ask about technical and floor plan requirements. Some speakers have special visual or sound needs; others may prefer the stage or audience chairs be set a certain way.
๐ If your speaker uses a service animal, ensure their vehicle, the hotel, and event facilities can accommodate one.
