Book Elsa Punset through The Keynote Curators
Biography
Elsa Punset is a writer, speaker, and one of the most recognized voices in the fields of emotional intelligence, personal growth, and human well-being. She combines extensive training in philosophy, humanities, and education with a long career in emotional communication.
She holds a degree in Philosophy and Letters and a Master’s degree in Humanities from the University of Oxford. She also holds a Master’s degree in Journalism from the Autonomous University of Madrid and a Master’s degree in Secondary Education from Camilo José Cela University.
She has published numerous books, many of them bestsellers in Spain and other countries: “ Compass for Emotional Navigators,” “ A Backpack for the Universe ”—translated into more than 15 languages—, “ The Book of Small Revolutions,” “ Happy,” “ Strong, Free, and Nomadic,” “Radical Innocence,” and her most recent work, “ Wings to Fly ” (2025).
She is also the author of the popular children’s series The Daring Ones, with ten titles that introduce emotional intelligence to young children.
With more than 2.5 million readers, Elsa is one of the most influential voices in the Spanish-speaking world in the dissemination of emotional intelligence, and her impact is reflected in conferences, courses, and a broad media presence in Spain and Latin America.
In 2025, at a critical moment marked by environmental disconnection, urban isolation, and psychological distress, Elsa launched the Punset Terraviva Foundation to promote spaces and projects that bridge the gap between nature and human well-being.
