For the driver, pit stops are critical, and timing is everything. The pit crew has to be so well choreographed that they get their driver back on the course within 6 seconds or less. If they’re not perfectly synchronized, a pit stop can quickly become a pitfall.
For the rest of us navigating our way through life and work, we need to be well prepared for the obstacles we encounter along the journey, so they become pit stops to face with strength and focus, not pitfalls that veer us off course.

Beth and her team are incredible role models for those in non-traditional roles or anyone joining or managing a team. They prove that anything is possible through teamwork, tenacity, and a thick skin under pressure.
