OBSERVATION IS A SUPERPOWER

The Mentalist's Guide to Social Intelligence

What if you could walk into any meeting, any pitch, any room—and instantly read the minds of people in front of you? Max Major, a world-renowned mentalist, pulls back the curtain on the science (and art) of observation. Through mind-bending demonstrations and real-world strategies, he shows how to decode body language, tone, and environment to uncover what people really think and feel. The result? Teams that build trust faster, leaders who inspire deeper loyalty, and sales professionals who close more deals. This isn’t theory—it’s a playbook for turning subtle signals into a competitive edge.

CHANGE YOUR THOUGHTS

Change Your Life

We see the world not as it is, but as we are. In this keynote that weaves together inspiration and magic, Max Major reveals how our inner dialogue shapes the way we connect, communicate, and create opportunities in our lives. By learning how to reframe our thoughts, audiences discover how to break through self-limiting beliefs, build more authentic relationships, and unlock new levels of personal and professional growth. With his signature mix of storytelling and mind-reading demonstrations, Max shows that when you change your thoughts, you don’t just change your perspective—you change your future.

INFLUENCE DECODED

How to Win Minds Without Saying a Word

Every conversation is an exchange of influence—most people just don’t realize it. In this keynote, Max Major reveals how the mind filters words, tone, and nonverbal cues, and how small shifts in language and presence create massive shifts in impact. Blending live demonstrations with proven psychological principles, with tools to better understand others, communicate with clarity, and inspire action—whether leading a team, negotiating a deal, or driving change. This is more than a talk on persuasion—it’s a playbook for deeper connection and greater impact in every interaction.
