Tiffany Dufu is a prominent figure in women’s leadership and a dedicated advocate for the advancement of women and girls. As the President of the Tory Burch Foundation, she leads efforts to empower women entrepreneurs by providing access to capital, education, and community support.

In 2018, Tiffany authored the bestselling book Drop the Ball: Achieving More by Doing Less, a memoir and manifesto encouraging women to embrace imperfection and delegate tasks to achieve their goals. The book received high praise, with Gloria Steinem describing it as “important, path-breaking, intimate and brave.” Tiffany’s writings have also appeared in notable publications such as The Oprah Magazine, ESSENCE, and The New York Times.

Demonstrating her entrepreneurial spirit, Tiffany founded The Cru, a peer-coaching tech company designed to connect women in accountability circles to support their personal and professional growth. In 2023, The Cru was acquired by Luminary, a global professional education and networking platform, further expanding its reach and impact.

Tiffany’s commitment to women’s leadership is evident in her previous roles. She was a launch team member for Lean In, contributing to the global movement to empower women to achieve their ambitions. Additionally, she served as Chief Leadership Officer at Levo, one of the fastest-growing professional networks for millennials. Her leadership extended to her tenure as President of The White House Project, where she focused on training women nationwide to run for political office.

Throughout her career, Tiffany has been recognized for her significant contributions. She was named to Fast Company’sLeague of Extraordinary Women and has raised over $25 million toward the cause of women and girls. Her dedication to service includes her role as a Trustee of Simmons University and active membership in Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. She is also a Lifetime Girl Scout, reflecting her long-standing commitment to leadership development from a young age.

As a highly sought-after speaker, Tiffany has delivered insights on work-life productivity, purposeful leadership, and women’s advancement at numerous organizations and events.
