In 2018, Tiffany authored the bestselling book Drop the Ball: Achieving More by Doing Less, a memoir and manifesto encouraging women to embrace imperfection and delegate tasks to achieve their goals. The book received high praise, with Gloria Steinem describing it as “important, path-breaking, intimate and brave.” Tiffany’s writings have also appeared in notable publications such as The Oprah Magazine, ESSENCE, and The New York Times.
Demonstrating her entrepreneurial spirit, Tiffany founded The Cru, a peer-coaching tech company designed to connect women in accountability circles to support their personal and professional growth. Additionally, she served as Chief Leadership Officer at Levo, one of the fastest-growing professional networks for millennials. She often expresses her life’s purpose succinctly: “I advance women and girls.”
Born and raised in Seattle, Tiffany is an alumna of the University of Washington. She resides in New York City with her husband and two children, balancing her professional endeavors with her roles as a wife and mother.
