When armed with curiosity and passion, he believes, innovative companies—from healthcare and manufacturing to retail and transportation—can do smart things. In highly visual presentations, Olander inspires audiences with tangible leadership and digital innovation strategies for human-centric brands, and explains how counterintuitive, small changes can often win big results.

Through his deep brand understanding and his ability to bridge the physical-digital divide, Olander shares key takeaways on how to create meaningful solutions that deliver value for both consumers and businesses.
Stefan Olander is the co-author of Velocity: The Seven New Laws for a World Gone Digital, a best-selling innovation playbook.
